How are your blackworms cultured?
Our blackworms are cultured indoors in controlled, sterile systems and maintained as verified monocultures. Each batch is purged and rinsed prior to distribution.
How should blackworms be stored after delivery?
Blackworms should be kept cool and clean. Most customers store them in a shallow container with clean, dechlorinated water and perform regular rinses. Storage conditions and longevity may vary depending on handling and environment.
How long do blackworms last?
Viability varies based on storage method, water quality, temperature, and handling. While blackworms can remain viable for extended periods when properly maintained, we recommend using them promptly after delivery.
When are orders shipped?
